I support anyone willing, through their healing process to release emotional blocks, painful situations and experiences and limiting beliefs. The method is based in Sutta and informed by many teachers and modalities I have experienced during my Spiritual Internship. The session is guided in a way that is accessible to anyone - regardless of background, experience or age. The only requirement to access the benefits of this practice is willingness to surrender to the process.
